A credit card or cash deposit:
Is required to secure all reservations. Your deposit (50% of total room charge w/taxes and fees) will be charged to the credit card on file at the time your reservation is made. Once this deposit is made, any cancellation for individual rooms PRIOR to 14 days from your planned arrival date is refundable LESS a $50 administrative fee.
Is due TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. We are a prepay property, and we try to contact our guests 14 days prior to their arrival for final payment and official confirmation of their arrival. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to secure the final payment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If a guest cancels within the last 14 days prior to their reserved arrival date—there is a one night’s stay forfeited (plus administrative fees). There is a $50 charge to reschedule your reservation if rescheduling before 14 days prior to your arrival. You may not reschedule within 14-days prior to arrival. We are boutique property and cancellations severely impact our financial viability. Large group reservations require 30-day advanced notice for reservation changes (plus administrative fees).
