  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
  • Unauthorized late departures may incur additional fees at $40/half-hour
  • SELF CHECK IN –
    A Welcome Text is sent to the phone number on file with your UNIT NUMBER and 4-DIGIT CODE FOR THE KEYPAD on your unit’s door. This text is issued from GUEST SERVICES establishing a connection for you during the stay.
DO YOU HAVE FREE PARKING AREAS?
  • Lodge Suites Park free at or near the long two-story building
  • Cabins B – F: Two vehicles allowed per Cabin
  • Cabin A: Private driveway for your use
  • Boats/Additional Vehicles: Park free anywhere around the green fenced area.
DO YOU HAVE BUSINESS FACILITIES?
  • The Cain Conference Center will seat 80 guests auditorium style or 60 guests at tables
  • Included: two restrooms, a catering kitchen, six 8-foot tables, 80 chairs, A/C and heat, wireless internet, a PA system with a large screen, two quality audio speakers
  • Covered deck includes electricity to the outside, patio seating for 20
  • Parking lot
  • Rental costs may be included in an Event Package
  • Day Guests may be included in rental or may be charged per person
  • Rental includes the building, front 40×40 concrete pad space, side covered deck, side 40×40 outdoor patio space, gas grill and parking
  • Rental does not include the park area/pool unless your group members are registered overnight guests
ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
  • All rates are subject to State Hotel (6%) & Local W.O.R.D. (4%) tax
  • You must be 21 years of age to make reservations
  • All reservations are dependent upon validation of the submitted credit card information or receipt of cash deposit
  • By using your credit card to make a reservation, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to our policies and procedures (see policies below)
  • We reserve the right to place a hold of funds on the credit card on file as a security deposit for the unit’s rental and registered pets.
